From the Aiguille du Midi, enjoy a magical trip in the air over the Glacier du Géant in the Panormic Mont-Blanc gondola. You will fly over the ice-falls and crevasses and discover the high mountains in a way you have never seen it before, thanks to its unique view points and photo stops during the trip. Looking closely, you will see moutaineers moving across the Vallée Blanche glacier.

The Panoramic Mont-Blanc is not included in the Multipass, you may purchase an extention at the cash desk (in Chamonix or at the top of Aiguille du Midi) Extra cost for an adult: 17.00 euros. (13.60 € under 16 yrs old)
On peak days, you will be given a boarding pass upon departure and upon arrival at Helbronner: these cabin number allow you to enjoy the terraces rather than standing in line.
You are at the top of Aiguille du Midi and are unsure about going on the trip to Helbronner? Be aware that the operation of this line is very dependent on weather conditions: should the wind be too strong or the visibility insufficient, the gondola has to remain closed. So if it is open on a bright sunny day, now is the time to go on board!

Innovative technique

The 5-kilometre long cable is supported by a "suspended pylon", unique in the world! This audicious solution was found by the man who had already built the Aiguille du midi cable-car, Count Lora Totino. Thanks to this innovative technique, the gondola opened in 1958.
