A high-mountain site equipped for your comfort
Propelled to 3842 metres, you will discover exceptional facilities at this altitude.
They enable you to contemplate grandiose scenery where several summits over 4000 metres rub shoulders. For the athletic, this is where numerous hikes/climbs begin. For sightseers, the discovery of the world of the high mountains.

The Vallée Blanche (in Winter only)

The Vallée Blanche is a high-mountain route (crevasses) which is not marked, made safe nor patrolled. It is not under any circumstances a ski area.  
    
For your safety and the safety of others, it is highly recommended that you be accompanied by a mountain guide.

In summer

After visiting the Aiguille du Midi, those of you who love rambling will be able to enjoy the various middle mountain routes. Starting from the Plan de l'Aiguille (2310 metres) : Lac Bleu, crossing the Montenvers via the Grands Balcons Nord, Chamonix via the pastures of La Blaitière or via the Cascade du Dard, or going down from the Mer de Glace (glacier) by the Montenvers train to Chamonix.

 

This 20-kilometre long route on the Géant and Mer de Glace glaciers can be skied from January to May. The return to Chamonix is via the Glacier cable-car and the Montenvers train.

It is essential to find out the weather and snow conditions before leaving for the Vallée Blanche.
