Are les Houches part of the Mont-Blanc Unlimited area ? Yes, Les Houches ski area is covered by the Mont-Blanc Unlimited zone. I’d like to buy a family pass on line, is that possible? Yes, first enter the details of the 2 adults and the family rate will be calculated automatically when you add the children (N.B. you must choose the same pass for all members of the family). You must choose the Montenvers ticket office for the collection of your passes, which will be handed over on presentation of documentary evidence of your family status (marriage certificate or equivalent and children’s’ birth certificates).
I’d like to buy a family pass but for the Chamonix Le Pass area for my children and a Mont-Blanc Unlimited for one of the adults, is this possible? Yes, it is possible but for all mixed purchases within the same family (a combination of different areas) we would ask you to go to the central ticket office at Montenvers during the advance sale period. Do the packs still exist? In view of the low demand, packs are still available but they have been simplified so they are the same price throughout the year. I can’t find the student pass on the list of products. Because of the documentary evidence required, the student pass is only sold in the ticket offices (During the advance sales period). I have a child who will be 4 in January 2011 and I’d also like to order a pass for him/her. You can buy passes on line for children who are already 4 (passes are free for children under 4). If you would like to buy a pass for your child born in 2007, we would ask you to go direct to the ticket office. I bought a lift pass on line last year. Do I have to add a new photo? Yes, you must add a new photo. Your photos are only stored while your pass is valid toenable us to issue a replacement in case of loss. I don’t understand the system for adding a photo? Before making your purchase, you must have ready a photo of each person with the following characteristics: - passport photo in portrait format, without hat or glasses. this photo must be digital (scanned or taken on a digital camera), in jpeg format (NB PDF format will not be accepted) - if you are using a holiday photo, you must reframe it into portrait format in the passport photo style. - save the photo somewhere you will find it easily (e.g. in your « office »). - when you make your purchase, having filled in the surname and first name, click on « proceed » for photo and retrieve your photo from where you have saved it (e.g. office). - Select the photo and click on « add to shopping basket » then complete your purchase. Can several passes be bought on the same order? Yes, for the first person, enter their surname, first name and date of birth, choose the type of pass and click on “add to shopping basket”.
