"Smart card" : user guide

 Badge

all our lift passes are delivered  on a smart card  (cost :  3,00 euros per badge).

User's guide

When bought at the cash desk, your badge will be credited with the duration and pass of your choice

Where should I put it?

Placed in the top left-hand side of your jacket, it will be detected automatically by the terminals  which control the opening of the turnstiles

What should I do at the end of my stay?

At the end of your stay, we advise you to keep your badge which you may recharge at anytime during this or future seasons (summer and winter).
You may use it to recharge your pass via internet, or  call center. Information on-line sales

Using your badge to make a reservation

When booking on the Grands Montets cable-car, your badge number is required (14-digit alphanumeric number). If you have just bought your lift pass on line, the number of your badge is given at the end of the transaction.

Should you want to make a reservation without buying a pass (case of ramblers : purchase of single tickets only), you have the possibility to buy an "empty" badge  (3,00 euros) : you may then use the number to book ; attention : your reservation will only be valid if you have the corresponding badge. (available at ticket offices only)
